Get Blockworld
Blockworld runs in a browser, so there is nothing you have to install. Installing it anyway gets you a home-screen icon, a fullscreen window with no address bar over the HUD, and a game that opens in one tap instead of a URL.
Install from the browser
Adds Blockworld to your home screen and runs it fullscreen, without the address bar. It updates itself with the site, so there is nothing to reinstall later — this is the route to prefer if your browser offers it.
Your browser has not offered an install prompt. Chrome and Edge show one from an install icon in the address bar; Firefox does not support installing web apps on desktop at all.
Android APK
A signed Android package, for installing without a store. Same game — it opens the live site in a fullscreen app window, so a network connection is still needed to build or race.
Not published yet. Install from the browser above — on Android that produces the same fullscreen app, with the same icon, and it stays up to date on its own.
What you need either way
- A connection. Worlds live on the server and races run through a room, so none of it works offline.
- WebGL2, which every phone made in the last several years has.
- Landscape, on a phone. The race HUD puts the running order and the touch controls in the corners, and portrait stacks them over the track.
